Initial customer service point of contact to all internal staff, external business partners and suppliers for procurement processes. Primary accounts payable administrator for Procurement which includes requisition tracking and reporting, voucher preparation, research, data entry, clerical support and customer feedback for 3000+ requisitions annually. Primary office products and business card system manager, buyer and and trainer. Serves as administrative support for the Procurement Manager and the Procurement team. An individual contributor.

Compassion: Senior Project Procurement Specialist

The Senior Project Procurement Specialist ensures the effective and efficient acquisition of goods and services. Keys elements of this role will include project support for supplier management, negotiations, contracts,  and implementation of project procurement processes. It partners with project teams, I.T., the Global Project Office and Finance to develop tools, lead activities and train individuals in project procurement. It works with all levels of management and staff in Compassion. This is an individual contributor role.

Goodrich - Supplier Development Team Leader

Position Overview: (provide a brief description of the responsibilities and accountabilities for this position. Indicate the size of the organization reporting to this position, directly and overall. Describe operational, marketing, or technical responsibilities).

 

The Supplier Development Team Leader is responsible for managing the Supplier Development Processes and activities related to Supply Chain Management to improve supplier performance. This necessitates identifying new suppliers based on business needs, rationalizing the supplier base, qualifying, developing and monitoring of those suppliers, root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action activities, quality control/quality assurance activities related to purchased parts and subsequent assembly of those purchased parts into final products. This process applies to all suppliers (domestic and/or international) as well as internal and external to Goodrich.

 

This position will manage the activities of technical and non-technical professionals on the Supplier Development Team (supplier engineering, and supplier quality management)
