Pete is a Foreign Policy and Trade Expert, as well as the Principal of Tradewin. Pete comes to Tradewin with a diversified background, including major stints as a Merchant Marine Officer. Pete recently served three years with KPMG, LLP as the National Practice Leader for their International Logistics Consulting Practice within the Trade and Customs Group.

Mr. Mento is a Doctoral Fellow at the University of Durham in the United Kingdom where his studies focus on Customs Law and Trade Regulations. Pete received his MLA in Trade Theory from Harvard University, and did his undergraduate work at the Maine Maritime Academy.
