Bio:
Pepe
Alicea is the President of TandemWorks Consulting Group. Since
1998, Pepe has served on the Advisory Board of the TFM Show,
a national conference event for facility professionals, property
managers, and construction industry experts. He has conducted
presentations (Service Success: The Art & Science of Facilities
Management) at the TFM Show in Chicago, at the Pikes Peak Chapter
of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA)
and to administrative assistants groups (Service Success: The
Marks of a Contributor).
Beginning
1997, he has served as the Business Services Director for Compassion
International where he overseesthe day-to-day operations for
facilities management, international facilities planning, purchasing
and distribution. Prior to his current role at Compassion, Pepe
was the manager of the office services department at The Principal
Financial Group's regional service center in Colorado Springs.
Pepe retired from the Air Force after a distinguished career
in the logistics management field where he served at various
installations in the U.S., Europe, Asia and Central America.
Pepe holds
a Master of Arts in Curriculum & Instruction (Corporate
Training & Adult Education emphasis) and a Bachelor of Science
in Organizational Management from Colorado Christian University,
and an Associate of Science degree in Logistics Management from
the Community College of the Air Force. Currently, he is completing
course work towards a designation as a Facility Management Administrator
from the Building Owners & Management Association's (BOMA)
institute (BOMI).

he is a consummate Broncos fan!
